JUNIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Nottingham | Full-Time | In-Person Role

Start your career managing client relationships that matter.

Our client is growing their Nottingham team and is looking for confident, driven individuals to join as a Junior Account Executive. This is a hands-on route into account management — you'll work directly with customers, understanding their needs and helping them find the right products and services, all while building the commercial skills that underpin a long-term career.

No prior experience needed. Full training and ongoing mentoring are provided from day one.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

* Meeting customers face-to-face and understanding their requirements

* Managing conversations from first introduction through to sign-up

* Building and maintaining strong client relationships

* Presenting products and services clearly and professionally

* Working towards personal and team performance targets

* Learning the fundamentals of account management and client care

* Taking part in structured training and coaching sessions

* Organised and reliable

PAY & PROGRESSION

* £600-£800 OTE per week

* Uncapped commission and performance bonuses

* Full structured training programme

* Ongoing mentoring and 1:1 development

* Clear progression into senior account management or leadership roles
