Job Description - Junior Account Executive

Leading manufacturing company based in Shepperton require a Junior Account Executive to join their team. Benefits include a salary up to £25,000 DOE and 25 days holiday.

As part of the continued growth of the Sales team, our client are looking for a Junior Account Executive to support the Account Executives with essential administrative tasks. This is an ideal role for an entry level candidate looking to begin their career in a professional and supportive office environment, with opportunities for learning and development.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to Account Executives across the Sales team
Assist in setting up contract renewals and entering details into our internal systems
Create and issue Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) for client works
Send welcome emails and introductory documents to clients
Help maintain and update client information in our Field Service Management Software
Assist in compiling FGAS logbooks and other client documentation
Contribute to delivering a high standard of customer service through timely admin support

Minimum Requirements

Entry level candidate ready to take on a full-time, office-based role
Good written and verbal English
Basic IT skills (full training provided)
Eagerness to learn and contribute to a team environment
