Junior Account Handler

Our client is on the lookout for a motivated Junior Private Client Account Handler to join our high-performing Private Client team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance who’s ready to work with high-net-worth clients and expand their skillset in a more specialist environment.

Role and responsibilities:

• Assisting Private Client Account Executives with the day-to-day management of high-net-worth personal insurance portfolios
• Processing mid-term adjustments, renewals, and new business quotations
• Handling client queries promptly and professionally
• Ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and internal procedures
• Building strong relationships with clients and insurers

What our client is looking for:

• 1-2 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance (home, motor, travel, etc.)
• A genuine interest in developing within Private Client insurance
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Attention to detail and a client-first mindset
• Cert CII qualification (or working towards it) would be an advantage
