Junior Account Handler

Our client is seeking a motivated Junior Commercial Account Handler to join their successful Commercial team in Cambridge.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of experience in insurance who is keen to build their career in the commercial sector and gain exposure to a broad range of business clients.

Role and responsibilities:

• Assisting Commercial Account Executives with the day-to-day management of commercial insurance portfolios
• Processing mid-term adjustments, renewals, and new business quotations
• Handling client queries promptly and professionally
• Ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and internal procedures
• Building strong relationships with clients and insurers

What our client is looking for:

• 1–2 years of experience in insurance
• A genuine interest in developing within commercial insurance
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Attention to detail and a client-first mindset
• Cert CII qualification (or working towards it) would be an advantage
