Junior Account Manager

Our client based in High Wycombe is looking for Junior Account Manager. This is an ideal role for someone with up to 2 years of experience in an office-based role.You'll work closely with senior account managers and internal teams to support the day-to-day management of client relationships. With training and mentorship, this role offers a clear path for career progression within the company.

• Support senior account managers with client communications, reporting, and project coordination
• Help manage client accounts and ensure smooth delivery of services
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and prepare regular updates for internal and external use
• Assist in creating client presentations and participating in client meetings
• Liaise with clients to respond to questions and requests promptly
• Monitor account performance and help identify growth opportunities

• Ideally 2 years of office-based or customer-facing experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive, positive attitude with a desire to grow
• Confidence using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• A team player who enjoys collaboration and learning from others
