Job Description - Junior Account Manager

We’re working with a thriving business that’s passionate about delivering outstanding service and building strong client relationships. As the company continues to grow, they’re looking to bring a Junior Account Manager on board to support key clients and contribute to the success of their commercial operations.

This is a dynamic, hands-on position where you’ll collaborate closely with team leaders and liaise across various departments to keep everything running smoothly.

What you’ll need to bring:

  • A university degree
  • A valid UK driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle
  • Sharp attention to detail and a can-do attitude when tackling challenges
  • Superb organisational skills
  • Confident, clear communicator
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with marketing support tasks and data tracking
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
  • Bonus points for project coordination or management experience

In this role, you’ll be:

  • Assisting the sales team with high-value client accounts
  • Acting as a key link between marketing, sales and account teams
  • Compiling and monitoring KPIs
  • Preparing documents, reports, and strategic plans
  • Keeping teams updated on promotions, market trends, and competitor moves
  • Helping the finance team with budget monitoring and documentation
  • Managing cross-department communication
  • Conducting market and competitor research
  • Getting involved in events and promotional activity (some travel and overnight stays may be necessary)

What’s in it for you:

  • Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (occasional evening or event support needed)
  • Salary: £28,000 per year + performance bonus
  • Free on-site parking
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
