In a nutshell…

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Account Manager or sales professional who enjoys building strong customer relationships and growing existing accounts.

You will take ownership of your customer portfolio, gaining a strong understanding of each customer's business, requirements and future plans. By developing trusted relationships and understanding their needs, you will identify opportunities for account growth and ensure long-term customer retention.

What's involved for the Junior Account Manager…

Manage and develop an established portfolio of customers
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers
Act as the key point of contact for your allocated accounts
Develop a detailed understanding of each customer's business, requirements and future plans
Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and increase customer spend
Introduce additional products and packaging solutions where appropriate
Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
Manage pricing, quotations and commercial negotiations with customers
Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are delivered effectively
Resolve customer queries and issues promptly and professionallyWhat you'll need…

MUST have experience in external sales, account management
Proven experience managing and developing existing customer accounts
A strong track record of retaining customers and delivering account growth
Commercially aware with the ability to identify opportunities for account growth

Up to £40,000 P.A.
