Reed Practice are currently supporting a small close-knit firm who is based in Worcester with the recruitment for a Junior Accountant to join their team. What stands out about this client is that they particularly specialise in training and developing their staff.

In this trainee role you will work in a range of areas, from compliance and tax advice to accounts preparation and payroll, in order to become an all rounded and dynamic accountant. You will learn through the best possible medium, hands-on experience, and will be entrusted with essential tasks from the very first day. You will work directly with a range of corporate clients, for whom you will become a trusted contact and adviser

The right candidate for this role will be ambitious, have great communication skills, a fast learner, be IT savvy and have great attention to detail.
