£23,000-£26,000 per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a leading Huntingdon based employer for a career focused and conscientious individual to join the growing finance team in the role of Junior Accounts Assistant.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role will include the following duties:

-Creating customer accounts

-Assisting with customer credit evaluations

-Assisting with credit risk analysis

-Applying for Credit Insurance

-Raising invoices in line with customer credit agreements

-Assisting the team, acting as cover in times of absence

This client is looking to appoint a proactive and focused candidate with a professional and polished manner. You will join an established team and therefore must be capable of working harmoniously with others, as well as possessing excellent written and spoken communication skills.

This company will consider recent graduates / school leavers seeking a first accounting position as well as those with some existing accounts experience seeking a move. Study support for AAT / ACCA / CIMA will be provided for those who would like it, as well as a generous salary and benefits package including hybrid working.
