Job Description - Junior Administrator

A client based in the City of London is recruiting for a Junior Administrator who has a can do attitude to work and will help out where needed, this is a varied position from dealing with administration, answering phone calls to clients and assisting with facilities paper work. You will also be required to ensure the reception area is clean and tidy and replenshing products when required.

This position offers hybrid working - 3 days in the office, 2 days working at home - Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months office experience

Experience of using Microsoft Office

Excellent telephone manner

Dealing with post, franking and going to the post office when requried, booking couriers
