Junior Administrator

• Location: Cobham (5 days onsite)
• Hours: 8AM - 4PM (1 hour lunch)

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Office Junior to provide administrative support within their dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a proactive and confident attitude, ready to assist in the daily operations of their office.

• Assist the Administration Manager with the daily activities of running the office.
• Type up engineer fixed wire test sheet results using Excel.
• Maintain and update various Excel spreadsheets, company status reports, and job logs.
• Update client portals with quotes and completion job reports.
• Chase engineers for job reports and proof-read these reports.
• Draft quotations using a template for sales managers related to fixed wire testing.
• Cover holiday leave for other team members as needed.

• Previous admin experience is a bonus but not essential.
• Very good competency with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook (PowerPoint not required).
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Strong communication skills and ease on the telephone.
• Confident with a can-do attitude.
• Proactive, not reactive, with the ability to work on own initiative.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
