Right Now Group are working with an ambitious Freight Forwarder dealing with Perishables in the Heathrow area that are looking to take on a Junior Export Operator to join their already thriving team.

Key Responsibilities of a Junior Air Export Operator

• Learning to handle all aspects of Air Exports including customs entries, cutting airway bills.
• Arranging collections with agreed hauliers.
• Engaging with the warehouse to check if shipments have arrived and if they have been screened.
• Completing license applications.
• Liaising with airlines, carriers, handling agents & customers daily.
• Liaising with overseas agents.

Desirable Experience of a Junior Air Export Operator

• Have an interest in working within Freight Forwarding
• Excellent Communication and customer service skills - you will be required to communicate with clients and suppliers over email and telephone.
• Display a hungry and flexible attitude
• Motivated to learn and develop
• Quick problem solving skills and a high attention to detail.

Other Details: Salary: £25,000 - £30,000
Shift: Monday - Friday Hours: 09:00 - 17:30
