The Opportunity
We're working with a growing consumer business that's investing heavily in its technology function and looking to appoint a Junior Application Support Analyst.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-2 years' experience to develop their career within Application Support and Business Systems. You'll work across a range of core business applications, supporting day-to-day operations while gaining exposure to system enhancements, integrations and technology projects.

What You'll Be Doing
Application Support
Provide first-line support across a range of core business applications Investigate system, order and inventory-related issues Troubleshoot application problems and escalate more complex issues where required Maintain support documentation and knowledge articlesProject Support
Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) for system changes and enhancements Support configuration and implementation activities Work alongside third-party technology partners on project delivery Keep project plans and support tickets up to dateContinuous Improvement
Develop expertise across the organisation's application landscape Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements Help improve support processes and documentationAbout You
We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, has excellent attention to detail and is keen to develop a career within Business Systems and Application Support.
You'll ideally have experience with:
1-2 years' experience within Application Support, IT Support or Business Systems Exposure to ERP, CRM or business applications Experience supporting ecommerce or customer-facing platforms would be beneficial Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management Ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentAny exposure to integrations, APIs, ticketing systems or warehouse management systems would be advantageous but isn't essential.
