As a Junior Associate - Real Estate, you will work alongside recognised industry leaders on a diverse range of matters, including investment acquisitions and disposals, large-scale developments, asset management, and joint ventures. The Junior Associate - Real Estate will be responsible for supporting senior lawyers across a wide range of commercial property transactions. You will be expected to manage elements of transactions independently, draft key documents, conduct due diligence, and liaise directly with clients, offering clear and commercial advice.

• Qualified solicitor in England and Wales (0-2 years' PQE)

• Experience in commercial real estate from a well-regarded law firm

• Solid academic record (minimum 2:1 degree)

• Strong legal drafting and negotiation skills

• Team player with a proactive and client-focused approach
