Job Description - Junior Brand Manager






Overview






We need someone who….

Someone passionate about food and passionate about brands. Understands creative communications and production. Able to liaise with colleagues cross market, cross functional and external agencies with grace and humility. Can manage minor projects and support with bigger productions, detail orientated, team player. Enthusiastic, keen to learn and with a can-do attitude.

 

The Junior Brand Manager is responsible for supporting the Brand Marketing team in delivering best in class 360 campaigns for all Nomad Foods’ (Global & local) brands across our markets. The Junior BM takes an active part driving minor projects and supporting the BM and Mktg Mgr where and when needed.









Responsibilities






Provide day to day operational support to the brand team.

  • Assist with a range of communications projects working closely with our external agencies
  • Demonstrate an understanding of fundamentals of creative communications and production processes
  • Ensure briefs are accurate on our MRM system, aligned to our communications and media plans. Proactively liaise with markets or agencies to resolve any discrepancies
  • Support markets and agencies in using the Digital Asset Management system, ensuring assets and usage rights are up to date
  • Assist with budget tracking and financial management, ensuring the A&P tracker is updated and phased correctly with guidance from the team
  • Help ensure all creative assets adhere to brand guidelines
  • Collaborate with markets and agencies to ensure communications plans are accurate and aligned

Communications Development and Production

  • Support the team in omni-channel production delivery of campaigns as required to meet markets’ needs
  • Take a detail oriented approach to project management tasks, including timelines, product delivery, and artwork coordination, working with markets, factories, and agencies
  • Build and maintain good relationships with agency teams – contributing to a positive ‘one-team’ team dynamic between agencies as well as between media, creative and production
