In this role you would be responsible for designing projects and consulting clients from start to finish, utilising CAD software to design HVAC systems for buildings, estimating costs and presents ideas to clients.

The ideal Building Services Engineer would have come from a design engineering background, potentially with an engineering degree, with experience using CAD software and would have the ability to complete projects from start to finish.

The Role:

• Designing/consulting projects from start to finish for clients
• Using CAD to design mechanical/HVAC systems
• Using practical problems solving skills

The Person:

• Experience in Building Services Design Engineering
• Experience with CAD software Autodesk/Revit or similar software
• A degree in Engineering/Building Services Design or Engineering
