Join a Leading International B2B Events Company as a Junior Business Development Manager!

This high-profile, internationally renowned B2B events business is growing its London-based business development team. They are now hiring a Junior Business Development Manager to drive sales of exhibition stand space and sponsorship opportunities for one of their most exciting large-scale UK B2B conferences and exhibitions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Work as part of an event project team that includes colleagues from marketing, conference production, event management and sales to support event delivery.
• Selling exhibition space and sponsorship packages to new and existing clients across a portfolio of international B2B events.
• Managing the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching to closing deals and maintaining relationships
• Building strong relationships with decision-makers from high-profile blue-chip companies
• Achieving and exceeding your personal sales targets
• Attending events to engage with clients and prospects face-to-face.
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Graduate with a 2:1 / 1st degree
• 6+ months of experience in B2B sales (ideally in events, media, or exhibitions)
• A confident and professional communicator with strong negotiation and closing skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, and happy to pick up the phone
• Strong organisation skills, able to prioritise your work and excellent project management skills
• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude and strong commercial instincts
