Due to maternity leave, we now have an opportunity for an experienced marketer to join our dynamic Marketing Team based on a fixed term contract for a period of twelve months.

About the role
In this varied but rewarding role, you’ll work in partnership with our Marketing Managers to bring our campaigns to life through engaging and effective marketing communications. Utilising a blend of various marketing channels and methods, you’ll work collaboratively across the group to spearhead projects, design and launch effective campaigns and, create engaging marketing assets.

Responsibilities include:
Bring our marketing briefs to life ensuring they are in line with key objectives, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand positioning.
Managing multiple channels with experience of working with internal teams (Copywriters / Social media experts etc.) and external agencies
Plan and execute engaging marketing campaigns across various channels.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, track ROI and, provide regular reports to management.
Work closely with internal teams to align marketing efforts and support lead conversion and pipeline growth.
Write and develop engaging copy and creatives for various marketing materials and platforms.

To be successful in the role you will have:
Demonstrable experience in campaign management and content creation.
Proven experience in copy writing.
The ability to work in a busy and complex environment.
Experience in meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks.
Experience of utilising CRM systems and data in order to drive decisions.
Natural problem skills with the ability to challenge and influence.
The ability to keep up to date on current trends within the marketing space.
