Job Description - Junior Client Support Consultant
Cardiff - Hybrid (3 Days On-Site) £25,000 - £30,000 (DOE) Full-time | Ideal for Recent Graduates
Our client is a well established Legal Consultancy based in Cardiff. They have an excellent opportunity for a Junior Client Support Consultant / Resourcing Executive to join the business.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and fast-growing legal services team that delivers interim legal resource solutions to a broad client base.
You'll play a key role in sourcing interim legal professionals working closely with hiring managers and internal teams to match legal professionals with active vacancies, help manage the end-to-end candidate journey, and provide a fantastic experience for all involved.
This role would suit a graduate from a law or business-related background (e.g. English, Psychology, HR, Economics, etc.) ideally with some experience in professional services / corporate administration / client services or Recruitment support.
Full training and support will be given
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with a pool of interim legal consultants Match profiles with incoming client requests based on legal skillsets, availability, and fit Manage the full resourcing process - from initial outreach to scheduling interviews and gathering feedback Maintain accurate and up-to-date records Support hiring managers with interview coordination Collaborate with operations and compliance teams to ensure all necessary documentation is completed for placements
What We're Looking For:
Bright, articulate and organised individual with excellent communication skills Personable and confident phone manner High attention to detail and strong admin and organisation skills Degree educated (Law, HR, English, Psychology, Business, Economics or similar preferred) Previous experience in a corporate/professional services / admin environment is desirable but not essential (internships, work experience or part-time roles in law firms or HR a plus)
