The Junior CNC Machinist will support the machining team by preparing, setting up, and operating CNC machines. This position is perfect for individuals looking to start their career in precision machining within the high-stakes environment of Formula 1.

• Assist in setting up and operating CNC machines to produce precision components according to specifications.
• Conduct basic inspections of machined parts to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with senior machinists and engineers to refine processes and improve efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace by adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Document production activities and maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Engage in training opportunities to develop CNC machining skills and knowledge.

What do you need to bring to the team?

• Some experience or education in CNC machining or a related field is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of CNC machine operation and machining principles.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new machining techniques.
• Familiarity with health and safety standards in a machining environment.
• Strong work ethic and a proactive approach to work assignments.
