What you'll be doing:

• Supporting month-end and management reporting with insightful analysis
• Building and maintaining reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators
• Partnering with non-finance teams to understand business performance
• Assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Working on projects to drive profitability and operational efficiency

What we're looking for:

• AAT or relevant degree in Accountancy and Finance (or equivalent)
• Excellent Excel and analytical skills
• A curious mindset with a strong desire to understand the 'why' behind the numbers
• Confident communication and a proactive approach to building relationships
• Someone ready to grow into a Finance Business Partner role
