Junior Commercial Property Agent

A well-established and independent property consultancy, with a strong presence across London and the South of England, is seeking a Junior Commercial Property Agent to join their team at their Maidenhead head office.

Founded in 1986, this firm provides expert advice on all aspects of commercial property, land, and investment to a diverse client base including individuals, businesses, and funds. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join a respected and growing team in a junior capacity.

The successful candidate will support the agency team and report directly to the Head of Agency. This is a varied and hands-on role that includes:

• Preparing marketing materials and launching property campaigns
• Handling inbound enquiries via phone and email
• Conducting property viewings and providing feedback
• Managing applicant lists and matching them with suitable properties
• Assisting with site searches and compiling property schedules

This role would suit someone enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Key attributes include:

• A proactive and flexible approach to work
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• A full UK driving licence is essential

Technical Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word

Desirable (but not essential):

• Experience in commercial or residential property
• RICS or MNAEA qualifications
