In this role you will take ownership of multiple commercial landscaping projects from mobilization to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards - all while leading site teams and building strong client relationships

This role would suit a Junior Contracts Manager or similar with a construction background that is looking to progress their career to Contract Management.

The Role

• Manage the delivery of multiple commercial landscaping projects, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency across all sites.
• Lead, coordinate, and support site teams including supervisors, operatives, and subcontractors.
• Liaise with clients, developers, and internal teams to maintain strong relationships and clear communication.

The Person

• Site Manager or similar with a background in Construction
• Looking to move into Contract Management
• Driving License
