In the role, you will travel to various sites across the South of the UK during working hours to carry out surveys, take-offs, quotations, and support the contracts team with project planning, site meetings, and financial tracking. You'll play a vital part in ensuring high standards are maintained across all projects, working closely with clients and stakeholders.

This role would suit someone from a surveying, fit-out, or construction background looking to move into a contract management role with a reputable company offering excellent progression, training, and a supportive team environment.

The Role:

• Carry out site surveys, prepare accurate take-offs and quotations
• Assist with project planning, contract management, and cost tracking
• Travel within the South East with minimal overnight stays

The Person:

• Experience in Fit-Out, Refurbishment, or Construction
• Comfortable working across multiple sites and managing client expectations
• Based in South London and happy to travel regionally
