Are you a Junior Controls Engineer looking for a long-term career, with a clear path of progression direct into Management?

Are you looking for a varied, challenging, and technically exciting role within a close-knit and niche business, with ongoing development through shadowing experienced engineers along with external courses?

On offer is an exciting opportunity to join a long-standing and nationally recognised company where you will be designing control panels then doing test and assembly, for a range of special purpose machinery. You will be fully trained in the processes then be able to move into a Managerial role once fully up to speed.

Founded nearly 50 years ago, this company design, manufacturer, supply and install a range automation and robotic machinery across sectors such as aerospace, automotive, military, and nuclear. They pride themselves on their extraordinary reputation of reliable machinery, coupled with excellent retention rates due to internal promotions.

This role would suit a Junior Controls Engineer with PLC experience looking for a progressive role where they will never fall stagnant, working on a range of bespoke special purpose machinery.

The Role:

• Control panel design, test and assembly
• Working on Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley, and Siemens PLCs
• Training and developing on the job, progressing to management once up to speed
• Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm, early finish on Fridays, 37.5 hours a week
