JUNIOR CONVEYANCER

Hours: full time

This is an exciting opportunity for Junior Conveyancer to join a market leader in conveyancing in their central Leeds office. Our client is seeking a Junior Conveyancer to manage a caseload of sale only conveyancing cases. This is a career opportunity where progression and long-term career security can be guaranteed.

Daily Duties

• Handling enquiries and leasing with clients to agree exchange and completion dates
• Preparing completion statements
• Exchanging contracts on sale transactions
• Communicating with branches and customers
• Dealing with purchase cases and leasehold sales with support from a Team Leader.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organisation and time management skills.
