Junior Credit Controller

We are currently working with a Company based in South West London offering a fantastic opportunity for someone who is confident and resilient on the phone. You will be comfortable speaking with clients about outstanding payments and will thrive on building relationships. This would be ideal for someone outgoing, persistent, and possibly looking to kick-start a career in finance within a fast-moving, supportive environment.

What you will be doing:

• Creating and approving sales invoices
• Responsible for maintaining the Accounts Receivable mailbox - resolving customer and internal queries in a timely manner and making sure all requests are responded to
• Collecting outstanding debt by telephone and email - international
• Taking credit card payments via online portal
• Maximise collections by achieving cash target
• Minimise aged debt, bad debt and DSO
• Ad hoc analysis and reporting requests from senior managers
• Occasionally you will be required to provide finance support on-site at events
