You will bridge the gap between customers and the core development team by implementing feature requests, debugging code, and managing deployments. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with users on Slack and WhatsApp, providing rapid technical solutions while maintaining a high-quality Node.js and React codebase using AI-assisted tools.

What you will do:

• Debug and implement small-to-medium feature iterations in Node.js and React based on direct customer feedback.

• Own the customer onboarding process, including initial deployment calls and implementing specific configurations directly in the code.

• Manage technical support queries through real-time communication channels while maintaining robust git workflows and documentation.

The ideal candidate:

• Possesses 2-3 years of software development experience or a relevant Master's degree with a focus on full-stack development.

• Demonstrates proficiency with AI-assisted coding tools and comfort navigating complex logging platforms for independent debugging.

• Exhibits a strong problem-solving mindset with the communication skills necessary to handle high-touch customer implementation phases.
