We’re seeking a Junior Data Analyst to join a growing Independent Financial Advisory firm near St Albans. Ideal for a recent Business or IT graduate, this role offers hands-on experience across data reporting, marketing support, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and analyse adviser performance data
• Generate reports using advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, PivotTables)
• Track new leads and support marketing insight
• Assist operations manager (Adam) with business reporting
• Liaise with external IT support and assist with internal systems

What You’ll Need

• Strong Excel and data handling skills
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
• Excellent communication and organisation
• Degree in IT, Business, or related field
• Willingness to work in-office 5 days a week during training
