Junior Data Engineer - SQL, Python, AWS

Join a high-performing Research & Strategy team working closely with private equity partners to drive investment insight and strategy across EMEA. This role is ideal for a forward-thinking and analytical data engineer passionate about real estate, investment, and data infrastructure.

• Build and maintain large, complex data sets from internal and external sources, including API integration and scripting.

• Design and implement scalable infrastructure and automate manual processes.

• Manage data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) using AWS and SQL technologies.

• Develop analytical tools and dashboards (e.g., using Tableau) to deliver actionable business insights.

• Ensure data quality and governance through robust validation processes.

• 1-2 years of UK work experience in data engineering or a related role

• Proficient in SQL, Python or R, and experienced with BI tools such as Tableau.

• Strong analytical, structured, and critical thinking skills.

• Familiar with data warehousing concepts (Snowflake, AWS).

• Excellent attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office Suite.

• A proactive self-starter with strong time and task management skills.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new data engineering technologies and methodologies.
