Role Overview:

A Junior Designer at Threepipe Reply supports the creative team in delivering high-quality, on-brand design across digital and print channels, helping to translate briefs into clear, engaging visual outputs. Working closely with designers, strategists, and account teams, the role focuses on building core design craft, learning agency ways of working, and contributing to campaigns and always-on content—while developing an understanding of client needs, brand guidelines, and production requirements to ensure work is accurate, consistent, and delivered on time. This role will be based in London Victoria 3 days a week, with 2 days a week remote working.

Responsibilities:

• Have 1-2 years’ experience in design, preferably in an Agency setting


• Have an excellent understanding Adobe Creative Suite. Including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop. After Effects and Premiere are a bonus


• Have a keen interest in keeping on top of social trends to ensure we’re delivering high level social creative


• Ideally have knowledge / experience designing across all social platforms, otherwise a basic understanding of the differences between platforms


• Have experience working with Figma and understanding of UX/UI best practice and principles is highly desirable


• Show an understanding of creative AI developments and processes, always looking to make your work as efficient as possible


• Be highly proactive and efficient – able to work collaboratively as well as to push and develop ideas independently
