Are you passionate about data and its transformational powers? Do you like being able to make a huge difference in a limited period of time? We might be just the right place for you.

We're looking for a Junior Designer to own ad hoc design requests, brand support, and social content for our marketing team. This is a hands-on generalist role rather than a specialist design position, you'll be the go-to for design needs across the business, help roll out our updated brand, and support the wider marketing team with general logistics as needed. 

What You'll Do 

• Ad hoc design requests: Own design requests as they come in: Presentation decks, internal materials, sales collateral, bringing a genuine design eye rather than just formatting 

• Refreshed brand rollout: Help implement our updated brand identity across marketing materials going forward, ensuring consistency as it's rolled out 

• Marketing collateral: Design white papers, one-pagers, and other marketing collateral used across sales and client-facing communications 

• Social media: Create on-brand graphics and templates for LinkedIn (infographics and blog thumbnails) 

• Templates: Build reusable, on-brand templates for decks, one-pagers, and other recurring materials to speed up turnaround over time 

• General support: Support the wider marketing team with general logistics as needed, including events materials and merch ordering 

What We're Looking For 

• A portfolio showing range across decks, digital, and print/event materials 

• Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva) 

• Excellent proficiency in designing for PowerPoint  

• An eye for brand consistency, typography, and layout 

• Some exposure to events, logistics, or general team support is a plus 

• Comfortable working to quick turnarounds on a high volume of ad hoc requests 

• Great communication skills and a proactive, get-it-done attitude + comfortable in a small team 

Whilst we provide a hybrid working environment, it is sometimes important to be in the office to help enhance relationships and for those all important white boarding sessions. Whilst you may not live close to London, some time in the office is invaluable so flexibility to be in our lovely offices in Blackfriars/Southwark is appreciated!
