Junior Desktop Engineer

• Assist with providing IT support and guidance to end users under the supervision of experienced team members.
• Help maintain IT documentation, including step-by-step guides and knowledge base articles.
• Learn how to manage IT assets, including device setup, basic troubleshooting, and routine checks.
• Support safe disposal of IT equipment according to company policy and environmental regulations.
• Monitor and update support tickets on the IT helpdesk system, escalating issues where necessary.

• Basicunderstanding of Microsoft-based operating systems, Active Directory, and Office 365 services.
• Good problem-solving ability and logical thinking.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with users at all levels.
