Junior Developer / Support Developer | £30,000 | Hybrid (Tyne & Wear + Remote)

We’re looking for a Junior Developer to join our dedicated bug-fixing and customer support team. You’ll be part of a close-knit team of 4, working within a wider development group of 40 talented professionals. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid knowledge and, ideally some experience in C# and SQL Server, who enjoys problem-solving and making a real impact for users.

?? What You’ll Be Doing

• Investigating and resolving software issues escalated from our first-line support team.
• Reviewing code to identify bugs and implementing fixes.
• Communicating directly with customers when deeper qualification is needed.
• Collaborating with your team and the wider development group to ensure high-quality solutions.

?? What We’re Looking For

• Good understanding of C# and SQL Server.
• A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to debugging.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

? Working Arrangements

• Hybrid: 2 days per week in our Tyne & Wear office, 3 days from home.
