Junior Digital Designer

My client, a Digital Marketing Agency based in Nottingham, is looking for a talented Junior Digital Designer to join their growing team.

As a Junior Digital Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing and effective designs for paid social and paid media campaigns. This is a full time role that offers flexibility with a hybrid or remote working arrangement, though occasional travel to our Nottingham office will be required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design eye-catching and engaging visuals for paid social and paid media campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure designs align with campaign goals and brand guidelines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in designing for paid social and paid media campaigns.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Ability to juggle multiple deadlines seamlessly.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Haves:

• Knowledge of animation/motion design.
• Experience with User-Generated Content (UGC) campaigns.
