Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with onboarding sessions to help new employees get familiar with essential digital tools.
• Supporting the creation of engaging training materials, including video tutorials and interactive e-learning content.
• Helping to maintain the firm’s Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure content is accessible and well-organized.
• Responding to basic IT training queries, providing clear and helpful guidance to colleagues.
• Keeping training materials updated and user-friendly to improve employee engagement.
• Learning how to use tools such as Microsoft Sway, SnagIt, Camtasia, and Articulate Storyline 360 to develop training resources.
• Contributing to firm-wide digital learning initiatives, supporting technology adoption across teams.

What You Need to Succeed:

• A keen interest in technology and digital learning with a desire to develop expertise in training.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and effectively.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
