As a Junior Ecommerce Executive, you'll be supporting the day-to-day management of the company's Shopify store, optimising product listings, and working closely with the marketing team on promotions and sales campaigns. This is a hands-on role where you'll gain valuable experience in ecommerce operations, analytics, and digital marketing.

• Assist with the daily operations of the Shopify store, including product uploads, content updates, and visual merchandising.
• Optimise product listings by updating descriptions, images, pricing, and SEO elements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotions, sales campaigns, and product launches.
• Monitor and analyse site performance, sales trends, and customer behaviour using Excel and Shopify analytics.
• Ensure accurate product and stock data management, working closely with the merchandising team.
• Identify opportunities to improve the website user experience and suggest enhancements.
• Stay up to date with Shopify features, ecommerce trends, competitor analysis, and industry best practices.

• A keen interest in ecommerce, digital marketing, and online retail.
• Experience with Shopify is a bonus but not essential - training will be provided.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (comfortable working with spreadsheets, formulas, and data analysis).
• Attention to detail with an ability to spot errors and inconsistencies.
• A proactive, hands-on attitude with a strong desire to learn and develop.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Basic understanding of SEO and ecommerce analytics is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
