Junior Electrical Engineer

We have a great opportunity for a Junior Electrical Engineer to join our client's maintenance team based in Paddington, West End! This is a great opportunity to join a market leader within commercial maintenance. You'll be working on a high end, prestigious commercial site where you'll be given the opportunity develop your engineering skills, gain client management skills and be provided the chance to progress further within the organisation.

For this role, you will ensure Planned Preventive (PPM) and reactive Maintenance is adhered to, liaise with subcontractors, communicate with the client on any out standing maintenance issues, fault find / troubleshoot and ensure all compliance tasks are met.

To be successful in this Junior Electrical Engineer position, you must be fully qualified in Electrical Installations / Engineering (City and Guilds / EAL / NVQ or equivalent), possess at least 1 year within commercial building maintenance and have excellent communication skills.

Junior Electrical Engineer Duties:

• PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
• Emergency Lighting
• Electrical Fault-Finding
• Single & Three Phase Power
• Fire Alarms
• AHUs/ FCUs
• Plant room checks
• Pumps
• Motors
• Sprinklers
• Water Treatment
• General maintenance duties

Junior Electrical Engineer Requirements:

• Fully qualified in Electrical Installations / Engineering (City and Guilds / EAL / NVQ or equivalent)
• Possess at least 1 year within commercial building maintenance
• Excellent communication skills
• Apprentice trained - Not essential, but favourable

Salary and Package:

• £40,000 - £45,000
• Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
• 25 days annual leave + Bank holidays
