Junior Employee Relations Advisor

Artis Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a well-established, people-focused business with the recruitment of a Junior Employee Relations Advisor.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a couple of years' generalist HR experience who's keen to specialise in ER and join a supportive, collaborative team. You'll be part of a wider people function that includes Talent, L&D, People Ops and Business Partnering - so there's plenty of scope for development and cross-team learning.

The role

Reporting to the ER Manager, you'll play a key part in delivering a people-centred, commercially minded ER service. From supporting managers with day-to-day queries, to getting involved in formal processes and wider culture projects, this is a great step up for someone looking to deepen their ER knowledge in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing:

Providing advice and guidance on a wide range of ER matters

Supporting managers to handle people issues confidently and independently

Getting involved in investigations, hearings, restructures and consultations

Contributing to wider cultural and people-focused projects

Helping shape and deliver workshops and manager training

Staying up to date with employment law changes and best practice

What we're looking for:

Previous experience at HR Advisor level, ideally with some ER exposure

Sound knowledge of UK employment law

A proactive, people-focused approach

Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships

Interest in culture change and continuous improvement

The details:

-Bristol office - just 1 day a week on-site
-Salary up to £30,000
