Role: Maintenance Engineer
Location: Llay
Type: Permanent
Salary: Depending on experience
Hours: Monday- Friday (DAYS) or 4 on 4 off (Days & Nights)- you choose!

Russell Taylor Group are recruiting a Maintenance Engineer to join our client's expanding operations. Whether your background is mechanical, electrical, or multi-skilled, if you're passionate about keeping things running smoothly and are eager to develop your skills, we want to hear from you.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone in the early stages of their engineering career who's looking to grow with a supportive and ambitious team.

The Role:

Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of machinery and equipment
Diagnosing faults and identifying solutions to reduce downtime
Assisting with installation and commissioning of new equipment
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring a safe working environment
Maintain accurate maintenance records and contributing to ongoing process improvements

The candidate:

A qualification in a relevant engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, or similar)
Some hands-on experience in a maintenance or engineering role (placement, apprenticeship, or post-grad experience)
A proactive approach to problem-solving and learning
Good communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to work flexibly and take on new challenges
