This company was established a decade ago and since then has grown to operate across London and the Home Counties. The company offers HVAC, Fire Protection, and mechanical and electrical services to both the commercial and industrial sectors.

In this role the suitable candidate will be expected to support the installation and maintenance teams in conducting general HVAC work. You will be carrying out planned maintenance and be involved in reactive, emergency servicing. The patch you will be operating is across London and the Home Counties.

The Role:

• Core hours 8 - 5, Monday - Friday
• Conduct planned and reactive maintenance projects across London and the Home Counties
• Collaborate with the installation and maintenance teams on commercial and industrial projects
• Complete service records of all projects
• Ensure all health and safety regulations, and industry standards are followed when completing projects
• Participate in emergency or weekend call out rota, as and when required

The Person:

• Experience in the HVAC / Building Services industry or similar
• Full UK Driving License
