Job Description - Junior Estate Agent Apprentice - Inspire ATA

Overview

Established in 2005, Cray & Norton are a genuine family run Estate Agent with nationwide coverage. We are a member of The Guild of Professional Estate Agents, making us part of a network of over 800 Estate Agents. Our staff are trained to the highest of standards to ensure we deliver an outstanding customer experience with uncompromising adherence to strong moral and ethical principles. Our staff are qualified having passed the Guild's associate training scheme which is approved by Cambridgeshire Trading Standards as well as us being regulated by the Property Ombudsman. We specialise in residential sales, probate valuations, residential lettings and property management.

Duties

Registering prospective vendors and buyers
Arranging and accompanying viewings
Handling Offers
Sales negotiation & progression
Overseeing the successful negotiation of the properties

Other requirements

Excellent face-to-face customer service skills
Good presentation and communication skills
The motivation to succeed
A confident and professional manner
Ability to show resilience and to make the most of any opportunity
Local area knowledge would be beneficial
A driving license and own car would be beneficial but not essential

Key Details

Monday 9am – 5pm, Tuesday 9am – 12.30pm, Wednesday 9am – 5pm, Friday 9am – 5pm, Saturday 9am – 3.30pm
£11,778 per year
30 Hours per week
