Salary: £30,000 – £38,000 per annum

Position Overview:

My client is seeking a driven and detail-oriented individual to join their expanding team as a BMS Estimator. This is a unique development opportunity for someone with a background in HVAC Engineering or Junior HVAC Estimating who is looking to build a long-term career in Building Management Systems (BMS).

Ideal candidates will bring technical understanding from the HVAC or related industries and a strong desire to grow within a supportive and expert Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Sales Director and experienced Sales Team to support and deliver accurate BMS estimations.
• Evaluate customer enquiries and tender documentation to prepare cost estimates for labour and materials using proprietary BMS selection software.
• Liaise with customers and suppliers to gather necessary technical and commercial details.
• Interpret technical documents, including project specifications, layout drawings, and schematics.
• Assist in compiling competitive quotations that reflect customer requirements and project scope.
• Represent the company with professionalism and always promote brand values.
• Support the overall growth and success of the Sales Team through collaboration and commitment.

Key Experience & Requirements:

• Previous experience working within the HVAC industry as an Engineer or Junior Estimator (or related sectors such as electrical contracting, fire alarms, etc.).
• Technical understanding of HVAC systems and the ability to interpret drawings and specifications.
• Commercially aware with a proactive and detail-focused mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage clients and suppliers.
• Willingness to undertake training and develop new skills within BMS and Estimating.
• Daily attendance at the Atherton office is required (office-based role).
