Junior FInance Business Partner

We are delighted to be recruiting for a great Junior Finance Business partner role for a global property services business based in central Manchester

Offering hybrid working (2 days from home) and the opportunity to work from other UK offices as you choose, this is a fantastic position which will incorporate:

• Direct responsibility for partnering with Site managers/Ops Managers to understand and direct their business units,
• Creating routine and ad hoc reports for the SMT..
• Overseeing commercial aspects including contract/performance reports.
• Month end management accounts

This is a busy and varied role offering a great opportunity for progression as you will be mentored over the next couple of years into the business unit Finance Manager.

Ideally you will have at least 3 - 5 years finance experience, be AAT Qualified or CIMA/ACCA part qualified with a background in transactional finance and month end management accounts.
It would also be great if you also have experience in partnering with Operations and being able to 'hold your own' in complex, sometimes challenging situations where your stakeholders may have a different agenda.
