Junior Financial Accountant

JAG Talent is partnered with a leading Media company based in Woking to hire a motivated trainee accountant into their team.

Are you working towards ACA, ACCA, or CIMA and wanting a role with clear progression and development? This role focuses on bank reconciliations, cash postings, intercompany accounting, and assisting with reporting, forecasting, and fixed asset processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Post and reconcile cash transactions
• Support cashflow forecasting and cash management
• Prepare monthly journals (e.g. intercompany, PSA, employee loans)
• Manage intercompany accounts and reconciliations
• Assist with capital expenditure processes and asset accounting
• Contribute to monthly reporting and group submissions
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations

About You

• Studying ACA/ACCA/CIMA (study support provided)
• Strong Excel and ERP/system skills
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Able to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

*This role offers hybrid working requiring 3 days on site in the Woking office and two days from home.
