This is an ideal opportunity for someone starting their career in the industry, particularly if you’ve recently come out of college or have a strong interest in electrics and want to build a long-term career in fire and security. If you’re looking for a role where you can learn on the job, gain hands-on experience and progress into a fully qualified engineer, this is a fantastic place to start. The Role You’ll be working closely alongside a Senior Engineer, supporting on a range of fire and security projects while learning the trade day by day. Your main duties will include: Assisting with testing of fire and security systems Supporting installations and maintenance work Learning how to fault find and diagnose issues Helping with general site work and equipment setup Gaining exposure to systems such as fire alarms, CCTV, intruder alarms and access control This is a hands-on role where you’ll be learning while working, building real experience out in the field.
