As Logistics Coordinator, you'll support the day-to-day movement of shipments and ensure customers receive a smooth and efficient service from booking through to delivery.
Responsibilities will include:
Coordinating domestic and international shipments Liaising with customers, carriers and internal departments Monitoring deliveries and resolving operational issues Handling freight documentation and shipment updates Supporting customs and compliance processes Building strong relationships with clients and suppliers Maintaining accurate operational records and systems
What We're Looking For
Previous experience within logistics, freight forwarding, transport or supply chain would be advantageous Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems A proactive and team-focused approach Eagerness to learn and develop within the logistics industry
