The Role

* As Junior Graphic Designer, you will play a key support role within the Design Team, helping to create and deliver design work across branding, digital, print and in-store communications.

* The Junior Graphic Designer will contribute to projects that are visually strong, commercially relevant and consistent with brand guidelines.

* This is an exciting opportunity for a Junior Graphic Designer with strong creative potential, a good eye for detail, and a passion for branding in a retail environment.

* The Junior Graphic Designer will contribute to branding and logo design projects, from initial concepts through to final execution

* The Junior Graphic Designer will produce digital creative for websites, email campaigns and social media platforms

Ideal Candidate

* 1–2 years’ graphic design experience and eager to grow within an in-house team.

* The Junior Graphic Designer role is ideal for individuals with strong skills across branding, logo design, concepting, digital, motion, and print.

* A portfolio that shows creativity, versatility, and technical skill.

* Must be confident delivering high-quality work across multiple channels, ensuring it has clear presentation through your visual storytelling skills

* In the Junior Graphic Designer role, it is essential to be skilled in producing accurate, print-ready artwork.

* In addition to this, you will have experience in motion graphics/animation and print production processes.

* As Junior Graphic Designer, you must have proven ability in branding and logo development.

* You will have a proactive approach, with a willingness to learn and develop your personal skill set.

* Bonus: experience in food/retail and campaign or event design.
