Candidate Profile
We are looking for a talented junior graphic designer with a minimum of 1 year experience gained in either a graduate role or during internships, with a portfolio of work that demonstrates the execution of brand collateral across digital channels.

Key Objective
The Junior Graphic Designer will support the Senior Graphic Designer in delivery of exciting design collateral and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Social, Web and Ecommerce, to execute creative strategies that drive business growth.

Responsibilities:
·

Work as part of the creative team to support the delivery of design collateral.
·

Design on-brand assets with consistency across email, website, social media, paid ads, print, events, PR, and packaging.
·

Artwork approved design concepts across these channels as well as in different languages to support our European sites.
·

Adaption of HTML based email templates
·

Support the creation and update of presentations and guidelines for internal and external communications.
·

Other ad-hoc duties within the team.

Skills and Experience:
·

Design degree or similar.
·

1+ years industry experience.
·

Good knowledge across the Adobe CC Suite, in particular Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator.
·

A portfolio of work that demonstrates your understanding of the design process and experience in following and executing under design brand guidelines.
·

Experience of the execution of brand collateral across multiple channels, showcasing your ability to deliver on-brand solutions in response to a design brief.
·

Video editing and motion graphics experience advantageous.
·

A knowledge of HTML and Adobe Dreamweaver and experience or demonstratable interest in UX design is advantageous.
·

Organisation skills for prioritisation and achieving deadlines.
·

An aptitude for problem solving.
·

High level of attention to detail.
·

Capable of effectively acting on feedback, quickly and efficiently.
·

A team player and communicator with a positive working attitude.
·

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
·

Ability to follow guidelines and execute on them consistently.
·

Awareness of current/new graphic trends.
·

Flexible and adaptable to change and feedback.
