We are currently seeking an to Junior HR Business Partner to join our talented UK HR team. You will be based in our London office and will be providing quality HR advice to the UK business, working within our local HR team of 4.

You will report to the Head of HR

• Provide practical and commercially focused HR advice to managers and employees across the employee lifecycle, ensuring a consistent approach in line with company policies and employment legislation.
• Manage a range of employee relations cases, including performance, capability, conduct, grievance, absence and probation matters, from initial assessment through to resolution, escalating complex or high-risk cases where appropriate.
• Coach and support managers in addressing people matters confidently and effectively, providing guidance on policies, performance expectations, attendance, wellbeing and employee documentation.
• Partner with hiring managers to support recruitment and workforce planning, including role requirements, fair selection processes, recruitment decisions, probation reviews and emerging resourcing or capability needs.
• Support organisational change activities, including restructures and consultation processes, providing appropriate planning, documentation, manager guidance and employee communications.
• Build trusted relationships with managers and employees, maintaining a visible, approachable and responsive HR presence and promoting a positive employee experience.
• Contribute to employee engagement, culture, wellbeing and inclusion initiatives, using employee feedback and business insights to support meaningful local actions.
• Deliver and support HR projects and wider people initiatives, coordinating stakeholders, actions, risks and outcomes to ensure delivery against agreed objectives and timescales.
• Use HR data, employee relations trends and workforce insights to identify themes, highlight potential people risks and recommend practical improvements or interventions.
• Work collaboratively with the wider HR team to maintain high standards of HR delivery, improve processes and ways of working, and ensure administrative activity is effectively coordinated with the HR Assistant.

• CIPD Level 3 or Level 5 qualified, or working towards a relevant CIPD qualification, is desirable
• Previous experience working within an HR function, with practical experience of employee lifecycle processes and providing day-to-day HR support and guidance.
• A good working knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice, with a willingness to continue developing your knowledge and expertise.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to work collaboratively with managers, employees and colleagues across the business.
• Strong organisation, time management and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, work effectively in situations of ambiguity and deliver quality outcomes to deadlines.
• A proactive, discreet and solutions-focused approach, with sound judgement when handling confidential or sensitive matters and confidence using Microsoft Office, HR systems and collaboration tools.
